Vickey Witham

Vickey Witham resides in Winterport with her husband, Chris. She has two sons, Dalton and Zachary and two step daughters, Taylor and McKenzie, and 6 grandsons.

Her son, Zachary, unfortunately passed away in 2017 from an overdose. She turned that devastating tragedy into a way to help others. She founded, along with a few family members, the Zachary Project, whose mission is to increase addiction awareness and prevention in our communities and to support families impacted by the heartbreak of addiction.

Vickey attended Husson University and started her career in the legal field as a legal assistant focused on personal injury, and defense workers compensation. She finished that career with a focus on environmental law.

For the last 20 years, she has flourished in the transportation industry. She created a leasing program for company drivers to become owner operators. In 2020, she became a safety specialist for the transportation industry, and is currently the Senior Manager of Safety & Compliance.

Vickey’s passion and drive to help others with whatever they need and her unwavering, nonjudgmental support for them with whatever they are experiencing, is legendry among all who know her.
