I am the CEO & Founder of Catalyst Learning Strategies. I am a Certified Learning Strategist and Fractional Learning Executive who consults with companies that are in need of strategic direction for their Learning & Development. I specialize in working with companies who are going through a merger, acquisition or business change that need strategic training roadmaps developed and delivered to successfully take the company through their transformation. I've spent most of my career in Finance and Wealth Management but enjoy and partner with clients in all industries - I enjoy helping companies and businesses understand what their training needs are and then help them to execute on that strategy. I'm also a Change Management Specialist and Certified Organizational Development Coach.
