A Registered Nurse since 2015, I have been certified as a Psych RN, spent several years with Gastroenterology, as well as Skilled Rehab and Cardiac nursing. In my role as the Director of Patient Care Services, I not only get to oversee a wonderful hospice program and clinical team, I also have the blessing to still work at bedside for our familes and patients in a hospice capacity. Our mission is to provide compassionate care to help guide and support during the transition from life to death with a peaceful presence.
About your business
Our focus is supporting familes and patients with earlier hospice intervention. We have found that earlier admittance to hospice will provide increase support for caregivers, improved management of symptoms and even address bereavement needs for the families during and after their loved one passes.
